Holiday Home Rules & Regulations
Following a few simple rules helps all guests enjoy well-maintained, comfortable and safe accommodation, while preserving the quality of the property over time.
Care, respect and cooperation
Domus Roma Trionfale has been designed and furnished with particular attention to materials, comfort and sustainability. We kindly ask our guests to help us take care of the apartments and shared areas.
Respect for the accommodation
Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Guests may smoke on the outdoor balconies, where ashtrays are provided.
Please do not wash laundry in the bathroom. A paid laundry service is available for an additional charge.
Do not dispose of sanitary products in the toilet and do not leave hair or other organic material in the washbasin, bidet or shower. Please use the designated waste bins.
Please do not use the provided towels to clean shoes or remove make-up.
Please avoid staining or damaging the walls and surfaces of the apartment.
After showering, please open the bathroom windows to ensure adequate ventilation.
Using the kitchen
Always use the kitchen extractor fan while preparing food.
Please leave the kitchen and dishes clean. Do not leave food residues in the kitchen, refrigerator or oven.
Energy and environmental responsibility
The property uses a solar panel system. We kindly ask guests to use water responsibly, preferably taking short showers.
Please always switch off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the accommodation.
Protecting the property
Always close the main entrance door to ensure the safety of all guests.
In case of rain, please close the shutters to prevent the windows and wooden frames from getting wet.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards.
Guests must check out no later than 10:00 AM.
Important information
Pets are not permitted inside the property.
Guests are kindly asked to follow the separate waste collection procedure using the designated bins provided in the kitchen.
Security deposit and responsibility for damage
The security deposit paid at check-in will be returned at check-out, provided no damage is found to the property or furnishings.
